You can still make an impact on Butler students!
Organizational Communication and Leadership

Our OrgComm and Leadership program pulls back the curtain to show students how communication works within and between individuals, groups, teams, and organizations in our modern world and workplace.

And that’s a world that is changing quickly.

Successful communicators and leaders will need to harness these skills to help their organizations accomplish common goals and collaborate in today’s dynamic, high-tech, and global workplaces and spaces.

We show students how leadership involves communication at every level of an organization - whether big, small, for-profit, or non-profit. We do that while emphasizing the critical importance of embracing diversity and social responsibility.

Your commitment to our OrgComm and Leadership students helps animate our efforts to get our students out into the Butler and Indianapolis communities. Whether they’re building and leading diversity workshops for their peers, bringing pickleball to communities that otherwise would not have easy access to sports and recreation activities, or leading an intercultural communication course in Italy, our students are prepared for a globally interconnected world and the evolving communities and professions in which they will live and work. Your support will help us sustain and extend these valuable opportunities.
