Student Affairs: Helping Students Learn, Grown, and Be the Best Version of Themselves

The Division of Student Affairs supports students from the moment they arrive on campus to the day they graduate. We believe in building a culture of innovation, equity, and operational excellence that fully supports the holistic well-being of our students.

By supporting Student Affairs, you are investing in our commitment to:

  • Create an inclusive campus community that emphasizes restructuring current practices, policies, and learned behaviors to create a safer and more welcoming environment for our community.
  • Believe that student learning is a comprehensive and transformative process that integrates curricular and co-curricular engagement.
  • Promote holistic student safety by empowering members of the Butler community to create and maintain a campus culture that minimizes and intentionally addresses risks of harm to students' mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
  • Develop operational effectiveness through innovative processes, practices, and investments in our human talent, as well as creating and maintaining a culture predicated on holistic well-being, thoughtfulness, and integrity.
