Butler Day of Giving

Established in July 2023 the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) provides the vision, strategic direction, guidance and leadership to create and sustain a welcoming and inclusive campus environment where ALL members of the Butler community are valued, celebrated and empowered to thrive. DEI serves as an important collaborative partner with students, faculty, staff, administrators, various university committees, and external partners to proactively develop and implement plans, programs, and activities that educate and motivate members of the university community to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion as core values to be collectively upheld in support of student learning and success. Efroymson Diversity Center Challenge
Since its founding in 2006, the Efroymson Diversity Center has served as a vibrant hub for over a dozen identity-based student organizations. This year, $5,000 has been pledged to support the Diversity Center's programs if they receive 20 gifts on Butler Day of Giving.

LGBTQ+ Alumni Association Challenge
The LGBTQ+ Alumni Association Steering Committee is challenging alumni, students, families, and friends to come together on Day of Giving! Every gift to the LGBTQ+ Alumni Association Promotion of Diversity Scholarship will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $2,500, thanks to the generosity of the Steering Committee.
